This is our second year creating school Valentine's for a friend of ours. Last year we did these Rice Crispy Treat Hearts and this year we went with heart shaped sugar cookies. Except these sugar cookies had a little surprise in the middle. When you break apart the cookies there are mini M&M's inside! Each cookie was made with three sugar cookies iced together. What child (or adult) wouldn't love three cookies with M&M's in the middle? The cookies were wrapped up with Angry Bird Valentines and shipped of to school today. Even the teachers received some treats this year! Each teacher was given a frosted heart sugar cookies and a bottle of soap for their classroom.
WOW! That classroom AND TEACHERS certainly hit the jackpot this Valentine's Day!! Love it!
